Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AREZA Studio handles personal information collected through arezastudio.com and our project inquiry form.

Effective September 20, 2026

01

Information we collect

When you submit the project inquiry form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, company or agency, phone or WhatsApp number, requested service, and project brief. Optional fields are clearly identified on the form.

The form also records the submission time and IP address for security, spam prevention, and troubleshooting. Our hosting provider may maintain standard server logs containing information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and access times.

02

How we use information

We use your information to review and respond to inquiries, discuss potential projects, prepare scopes or proposals, maintain business records, protect the website from misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or use project inquiries for third-party advertising.

03

How information is shared

Form submissions are delivered by email to authorized AREZA Studio team members who handle project inquiries. Information may also be processed by service providers that support our website, hosting, email, or business operations. These providers may only use the information to provide their services to us.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization or transfer.

04

Storage and retention

Information may be stored on our hosting provider's systems and in the email accounts used by our team. Because our providers and collaborators may operate in different countries, information may be processed outside your country of residence, subject to applicable safeguards.

We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. We then delete or anonymize it when practical.

05

Cookies and analytics

The public portfolio website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Essential technical features and server logs may still be used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website. If our use of cookies or analytics changes, this policy will be updated where required.

06

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a privacy request, email hello@arezastudio.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request. You may also have the right to contact your local data protection authority.

07

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not include sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information in the project brief unless it is necessary.

08

Children and external links

This website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the inquiry form.

The website may link to third-party websites and social platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy.

09

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website, services, or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will always appear on this page.
